Include your Naite app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not attach journal content unless you intentionally want to share it.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my journals stored?

They are stored in IndexedDB used by the Naite app WebView on the current device. Naite does not upload journal dates, titles, or entries to a MADFORDEV server.

How can I keep a separate copy?

Open Naite Settings, choose Export, select a format, and save the ZIP to an available location in the iOS Files picker. Keep that exported copy in a location you manage.

Can MADFORDEV recover a deleted journal?

No. Naite has no journal account or remote journal database, so MADFORDEV cannot retrieve an entry deleted from your device.

What should I try if Naite does not load?

Confirm that the device is online, use the retry action, and install the latest Naite and iOS or iPadOS updates. If the issue continues, contact support with the device and version details.
